DESCRIPTION
( Deskripsi )

Ciri Umum
a. Tujuan Komunikatif Teks
    Mendeskripsikan ciri-ciri sesorang, benda atau tempat tertentu

b. Struktur Teks
 * Pengenalan  ( Identification ) benda atau sesuatu yang dideskripsikan.
 * Deskripsi ( Description ) Menggambarkan ciri-ciri benda tersebut, misalnya
    berasal dari mana, warnanya, ukurannya, kesukaannya dan sebagainya. Deskripsi
    hanya memberikan informasi mengenai benda atau orang tertentu yang sedang
    dibahas saja., misalnya deskripsi tentang " My Dog " Ciri-ciri " anjing saya "
    tersebut dapat berbeda dengan anjing yang lain.

c. Ciri Kebahasaan
    Menggunakan
 * Noun tertentu misalnya Borobudur temple, my cat, Vanessa Mae

NARRATIVE

a. Tujuan Komunikatif Teks
    Menghibur pendengar atau pembaca dengan pengalaman nyata atau khayal.

b. Struktur Teks
 * Orientasi ( Orientation ) Pengenalan tokoh, waktu dan tempat
 * Komplikasi ( Complication ) Pengembangan konflik
 * Resolusi ( Resoution ) Penyelesaian konflik
 * Koda ( Coda ) Perubahan yang terjadi pada tokoh dan pelajaran yang dapat
    dipetik dari cerita

c. Ciri Kebahasaan
    Menggunakan :
 * Nouns tertentu sebagai kata ganti orang, hewan dan benda tertentu dalam
    cerita misalnya step sister, housework, dsb
 * Adjective yang membentuk noun phrase, misalnya long black hair, two red
    apples, dsb
 * Time connectives dan conjunction

RECOUNT
Laporan peristiwa atau kegiatan yang terjadi di masa lampau

Ciri Umum
a. Tujuan Komunikatif Teks
    Melaporkan peristiwa atau kegiatan dengan tujuan memberitakan atau menghibur

b. Struktur Teks
   * Pendahuluan ( Orientation ) Memberikan informasi tentang apa, siapa
      dimana dan kapan
   * Laporan ( Events ) Rentetan peristiwa, kegiatan yang terjadi yang biasanya
      disampaikan secara berurutan
   * Komentar pribadi ( kalau ada )
   * Penutup ( Reorientation ) Merangkum rentetan peristiwa, kejadian atau
      kegiatan yang ada

c. Ciri Kebahasaan
    Menggunakan :  
  * Nouns dan pronouns sebagai kata ganti orang, hewan atau benda yang terlibat, misalnya David, the monkey, we dsb
  * Action verbs atau kata kerja tindakan

    The music is being plays by the band (Passive)

~ Situation :  
You are camping. You and your friend are going down the river to look for some water. You see a snake there and exclaim. But your friend doesn't hear you, so he/she ask you to repeating it. You give response then both of you are run away from the snake.

~ Conversation :

Adhel : "Reka, our water stores just a little. Let's go to the river to look for some water".
Reka  : "OK! I'll take the water place first. ^^^^^^ Let's go!".
Adhel : (Walking) "Rek, Rek.. There's a snake there!".
Reka  : (Panic) "Really?? Where is it??".
Adhel : "Of course! How big the snake is!".
Reka  : "Pardon! I can't catch your voice. The sounds of birds are so noisy".
Adhel : "How big the snake is!"

Komodo

Komodos, or commonly called Komodo Dragons (Varanuskomodoensis) are the biggest lizard in the world. Komodos  life in Komodo Island, Rinca, Flores, Gili Motang, and Gili Dasami in Nusa Tenggara.


In the wild, an adult Komodo Dragon usually has weight around 70 kilograms.

Sepindah, sumangga kita kunjukaken puja dalah puji syukur dhumateng ngarsanipun Allah SWT, amargi sampun paring rahmat saha hidayahipun dhumateng kita sedaya, sahingga kita saget makempal wonten mriki kanti mboten wonten alangan satunggal punapa.

Now is the wet season. The rain usually come every day. Because there are many rubbish in the river, it makes the river can’t flow normally so flood disaster happened like in Jebeng village.
